So you think you're funny?

I have developed a 15-hour course that provides a solid introduction to the world of stand-up comedy. Every July I come home to Montreal and offer my workshops through Explorations McGill, a wonderful not for profit summer camp. It is based out of Royal Vale School and run in conjunction with McGill University. I have had a wonderful time working with dozens of kids since the summer of 2004. A number of them have gone on to perform weekend spots at their local comedy club.

The program has proved so effective that I have been asked to present a version of the class at the annual Montreal English Teacher's convention. I have also served as the master of ceremonies for the English Montreal School Board's annual career fair. This consisted of nine presentations to over 4000 teens, over three days.
